Business License (Operation Notice)

Companies willing to perform commercial and trade activities either on a retailer or wholesale basis in Panama must apply to a Business License through the electronic Platform known as Panama Emprende at the Ministry of Commerce.

For this purpose, we provide assistance and advice in the review of the activities that the company will develop in order to obtain the license.

The process to obtain such license is completely swift and expedite and can be carried out in one (1) business day provided that the company`s activities are not regulated and require an additional governmental license.
