attract foreign investment and at the same time contribute to national development, the Government of Panama created through Executive Decree 722 of October 15, 2020, amended by Executive Decree 109 of October 13, 2022, and the recently enacted Executive Decree 193 of October 15, 2024, a permanent residence permit in one (1) month as a qualified investor.<\/p><p>Permanent Residence may be obtained with a minimum investment of US$300,000 from a foreign source, either personally or through a legal entity, in which the applicant is always the final beneficiary of the company&#8217;s shares.<\/p><p>This program allows the immigrant the option to invest in any of the following
