thirty-six thousand US dollars, meaning, three thousand dollars per month (US$3,000) or its equivalent in foreign currency<\/li><li>Have a medical insurance that covers your period of stay in Panama<\/li><li>Sign an affidavit of non-acceptance of a job offer in Panama<\/li><\/ul><p>Having been granted residency you will automatically be able to work as a remote worker in Panama without the need of any work permit or additional procedures.<\/p><p>This visa has a valid term of nine (9) months extendable once expired. To apply for this visa you will have to comply with the following requirements:<\/p><ul><li>Power of Attorney authenticated by a Notary Public. The power of attorney must contain the name and nationality of the applicant&#8217;s parents<\/li><li>Three (3) photographs<\/li><li>A copy of passport authenticated by Notary Public<\/li><li>Criminal Record<\/li><li>Certificate of Health<\/li><li>Personal Background Affidavit Form.<\/li><li>Completion of the corresponding application form, which will contain the applicant&#8217;s commitment to assume the costs of return or repatriation.<\/li><li>Copy of the applicant&#8217;s medical insurance policy with coverage in the national territory and in force for the period of the applicant&#8217;s stay.<\/li><li>Certification or proof of the existence of the foreign company in the place where it is registered.<\/li><li>Letter from the company, on letterhead, signed by the legal representative, describing the following:<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<br \/>a. The general information of the applicant<br \/>b. The position and functions to be performed<br \/>c. The applicant&#8217;s monthly income, which may not be less than three thousand U.S. dollars (US$3,000.00) or its equivalent in foreign currency, periodicity of the payments, and that the same comes from a foreign source<br \/>d. The work modality (remote work)<br \/>e.
