responsabilidad limitada o fundaci\u00f3n de inter\u00e9s privado en Panam\u00e1 se encuentra obligado mediante Ley 23 de 27 de abril 2015 y su reglamentaci\u00f3n a recabar todo tipo de informaci\u00f3n que le permita conocer a su cliente antes de brindar sus servicios de asesor\u00eda en la incorporaci\u00f3n o administraci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos jur\u00eddicos. Sin embargo, en adici\u00f3n a esta obligaci\u00f3n, y a ra\u00edz de la promulgaci\u00f3n de la Ley 129 de 17 de marzo de 2020, el agente residente deber\u00e1 registrar a las personas jur\u00eddicas que administre en la plataforma electr\u00f3nica de la Superintendencia de Sujetos no financieros ingresando la siguiente informaci\u00f3n:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Tipo de persona jur\u00eddica (Sociedad o Fundaci\u00f3n de Inter\u00e9s Privado)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>N\u00famero de Folio <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nombre completo<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Registro \u00danico de Contribuyente (RUC)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Fecha de Inscripci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Direcci\u00f3n F\u00edsica<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Actividad Principal<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Jurisdicci\u00f3n o Pa\u00eds donde opera<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Si presta servicio de directores, accionistas nominativos o apoderado<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Tipo de beneficiario (s) final (es) (persona natural o jur\u00eddica)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nombre de beneficiario (s) <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>N\u00famero de pasaporte <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Fecha de nacimiento<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nacionalidad<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Direcci\u00f3n F\u00edsica<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Fecha en que adquiere (n) la condici\u00f3n de beneficiario (s) final (es)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Correo electr\u00f3nico<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Tel\u00e9fono<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Motivo por el cual se le otorga la condici\u00f3n de beneficiario (s) final (es)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>El Registro de Beneficiarios Finales es un registro privado creado con la finalidad de asistir a la autoridad competente en la prevenci\u00f3n de los delitos de lavado de activos, financiamiento de terrorismo y de la proliferaci\u00f3n de armas de destrucci\u00f3n masiva.
