CRIMINAL LAW, INTERNATIONAL LAW, AND FAMILY LAW.

He has represented clients nationally and internationally in criminal matters and private international law. His professional practice includes international financial criminal law matters such as: commercial transactions without sufficient funds, stock market fraud, fraudulent contractual or extra-contractual administration, corporate crimes under one or more jurisdictions, all those involving the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), and criminal and administrative incidents at air and sea ports of entry. Within international law, he has developed cases, in collaboration with foreign firms, relating to adoption and succession under two jurisdictions and the enforcement of judgments rendered abroad (EXEQUATUR). In addition, he has litigated under the parameters of the Panamanian Accusatory Criminal System (SPA) and has taught criminal law and procedural law.
