Our Labor Law Department has a wide practice drafting employment contracts for definite, indefinite terms and specific assignments thus ensuring that the rights of the contracting parties are duly protected and safeguarded, complying at the same time with the provisions in force in labor and social security matters.

The scope of our services in this area starts from the preparation of the contract and its addendum to its registration at the Ministry of Labor.
