Probate Process

We support our clients with the necessary advice at the time of death of the deceased sibling to achieve the distribution of their assets whether bank accounts, movable and immovable property to their heirs by filing the lawsuit and the evidence required by the Civil Code of Panama. This type of process is quite simple and has an approximate term of twelve (12) to sixteen (16) months from the filing of the lawsuit for the judgment to be entered by the Civil Circuit Courts in Panama.
