If you want to import and market personal hygiene cosmetics, it is required to obtain a sanitary registration before the Directorate of Pharmacies and Drugs of the Ministry of Health as a step prior to its importation and marketing in Panama.

As part of the process, it is strictly necessary to have the endorsement of an Appropriate or Regent pharmacist and the National College of Pharmacists, as well as the rest of the documents that will be necessary to obtain your registration.
