Has served as arbitrator on a series of maritime claims against vessels and as Maritime Law Instructor to seafarers on board Panama flagged vessels.
Jorge has also represented and advised Seafarers Manning Agencies, Training Centers, Classification Societies, and Shipowners at the Maritime Authorities in Panama.
