Oral Proceedings for Replacement of Share Certificates

We provide legal representation on Oral Proceedings of Annulment and replacement of Share Certificates at the Civil Circuit Courts against the company issuing the share certificates under the procedural rules stipulated in Articles 1281 and subsequent articles of the Civil Procedure Code of Panama.

This type of proceedings must be accompanied by the following documents at the moment of  filing the lawsuit:

  1. Certificate of Good Standing and Existence of the corporation issued by the Public Registry;
  2. A certification from the Secretary of the corporation indicating that the certificate had been duly issued and was indeed lost.
